Congressional Stock Trades — Live Tracker

Sitting members of Congress are required by the 2012 STOCK Act to disclose every personal financial trade — stocks, bonds, options, crypto — within 45 days. The disclosures are public but scattered across House and Senate filing systems.

Purple Voice consolidates them. This page lists the most recent disclosures, who made them, what was bought or sold, the dollar range, and the gap between the trade date and any related vote in their committee. We don’t editorialize on motive; we surface the records and let you decide.

Most recent trades

Sortable by date, member, and amount. Click any member to see their full trade history alongside their voting record and committee assignments.

Frequently Asked

What is the STOCK Act?

The Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act of 2012 requires members of Congress to disclose all personal financial transactions within 45 days, with both spouses’ trades included.

How often do members file?

Continuously — there is no fixed schedule. Periodic Transaction Reports (PTRs) must be filed within 45 days of any trade exceeding $1,000.

Are members allowed to trade individual stocks?

Yes, currently. Multiple bills propose banning the practice; none have passed both chambers as of mid-2026.

How does Purple Voice get this data?

We pull from official House and Senate disclosure portals, plus consolidated feeds. Every entry links to the original PTR.
