(This measure has not been amended since the House agreed with an amendment to the Senate amendment on December 4, 2014. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Carl Levin and Howard P. "Buck" McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 – Division A: Department of Defense Authorizations – Title I: Procurement – Subtitle A: Authorization of Appropriations – (Sec. 101) Authorizes FY2015 appropriations for Procurement for the Army, Navy and Marine Corps, Air Force, and Defense-wide activities, as specified in the funding tables in section 4101 of this Act. Subtitle B: Army Programs – (Sec. 111) Requires the Army to submit to Congress a prioritized plan for modernizing the entire fleet of UH-60A aircraft of the Army National Guard. Subtitle C: Navy Programs – (Sec 121) Authorizes the Navy to enter into a contract during FY2015 for the procurement of one San Antonio class amphibious ship using incremental funding. (Sec. 122) Prohibits the use of funding in FY2015 for procurement of additional mission modules for the Littoral Combat Ship program until the Navy submits to Congress: (1) the Milestone B program goals for cost, schedule, and performance for each module; and (2) certification by the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation with respect to the total number for each module type required to perform all necessary operational testing.
