Summary

District of Columbia Chief Financial Officer Salary Home Rule Act This bill revises the pay of the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia to establish it at the greater of (1) the current rate; or (2) a rate established by the District, except that any rate established by this bill shall not be reduced during the officer's tenure.
